| By Fax | Customer can simply write down the details of any printing order (or use our general order form) and fax to us at (852) 2728 5794. To confirm the order, we will give a call to the person indicated in the fax but we prefer customers to give us a call at either (852)6578 1600 or (0755)82413163 after faxing us the order details. In order to avoid any delay of handling the order, please clearly indicate the name of the contact person and the contact phone number or email address. It generally takes around 3 days for finishing the artwork or layout design as soon as we have received all the required materials from the customer. We will send out the draft of the design to the customer by email for approval. Once the design is approved and confirmed by the customer, printing will be started within 48 hours but somehow it depends how busy of our machines at that time. |
| By Email | Customer can email us the printing order to info@goldenhorse.hk at any day and time. In order to avoid any delay of handling the order, please clearly indicate the name of the contact person and the contact phone number. Customers are also encouraged to provide other information such as the printing quantity, delivery address and any necessary remarks. To confirm the order, we will give a call to the person indicated in the email but we prefer customers to give us a call at either (852)6578 1600 or (0755)82413163 after emailing us the order details. Once the order is confirmed, print job is usually started within 48 hours depends on how busy of our machines at that time. |
| By FTP | Customer can also try using our FTP1 or FTP2 or FTP3 which can also be accessed through our homepage. Please indicate on the upload form the name of the contact person and the contact phone number. To confirm the order, we will give a call to the person indicated in the upload form but we prefer customers to give us a call at either (852)6578 1600 or (0755)82413163 after uploading the files. Once the artwork is received and the order is confirmed, print job is usually started within 48 hours depends on how busy of our machines at that time. NOTE: if FTP is used, customers are encouraged to give us a call since there is no way for us to continuously keep track on any new file has arrived at our FTP server. |

If customers want to provide us any sample of printing or any other necessary materials for doing the artwork/layout design, please either mail them all to the address in Hong Kong as below or visit us at :
